Our custom made planters are delivered free of charge across most of the UK mainland & usually within 4-6 weeks of the order date.
Lead times may vary at busier times of year and may extend upto 2 weeks in peak season.

Contemporary Planters & Garden Features
Some items are held in stock & are delivered free of charge across the UK mainland within approximately 3 – 5 working days of the purchase date. However, We cannot guarantee this therefore if you are working to a deadline we advise you email us at sales@taylormadeplanters.co.uk for an accurate leadtime.

PLEASE NOTE: We offer free UK mainland delivery “KERBSIDE ONLY” across the contermporary range & we cover the full cost of delivery made via various Couriers depending upon product / supplier. Once a delivery is booked in and confirmed, unless we are told of a change and the courier attempts delivery with no-one home to accept delivery WE DO have to charge a re-delivery fee as the courier will charge this to us. This is usually around £100.00 but varys depending on size of order and location etc….
Our Free delivery is based on a standard anytime delivery between 8am & 5pm. If you require a more specific time such as an AM or PM delivery please let us know. This is at an extra cost.
Made to order items within the contemporary range will vary in delivery time, usually 4 – 6 weeks, but will be dependent on individual requirements and in peak season can be longer.
Lead times are estimated only, these can overun as circumstances out of our control can and do change from time to time. We appreciate your patience and can provide updates as best as possible if you contact us regarding a current order.
If lead time is critical we advise you to email us at sales@taylormadeplanters.co.uk to clarify if a product is a stock item or a made to order item. For made to order items we will try to be as accurate as possible.
