Our Hydro-Clay are Horticulture expanded Clay Pebbles & the size of the pebbles range from 8 – 20mm in size. These are not machined into round scpheres as they are in natural pebble form. Expanded Clay is a natural porous material ideal for aiding drainage, areation of roots & can also be used for decoration at the top of your planters.
We recommend filling 30% of the volume of your planter with Clay Pebbles to ensure good drainage.
